Cocoa Daisy June

I finally got a Cocoa Daisy kit! This is a planning/scrapbook/creative kit from the U.S. although the company ships to multiple locations (please check the website for this). The kit itself is absolutely beautiful, the quality is worth the price and the designs are flawless. If you look at the bottom of this post you can see a link to my video.

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and it took me a while to work out how I wanted to use it. I opted the b6 kit for travellers notebook. I already knew I didn’t want to use it as a planner, there’s no need as I’m currently happy in my bullet journal. It’s also such a lovely kit that I want to use it for something where I can look back on it and appreciate it. With that in mind I’ve decided to keep it as a memory keeping notebook.

You’re spoilt for choice with these kits. I’ve made up the cover and a few pages of my B6 insert and there’s still loads left over. I’ve got a Filofax notebook which I will be using for blog notetaking.

The original dividers that came with the Filofax are pretty basic and visually did nothing for me. Add the Cocoa Daisy kit and it’s beautiful! The kit also came with two pen loops so I used the extra on my notebook.

I’ve seen that other people have decorated the Cocoa Daisy inserts without putting them inside a travellers notebook cover. I like the look of it and I’m hoping to get a clear travellers notebook to store them in when I am finished. It would be a shame to hide them behind a cover!

I haven’t yet begun memory keeping as the notebook is intended for June. I’m digitally collecting photos ready for the pages, combining my love of planning and journaling.

Here is the video of my unboxing

Thank you for stopping by,

Kelly xxx
